Gold Flotation Solution Process

Flotation is commonly used to process highly buoyant sulfide minerals in gold-bearing ores and is also widely used to process gold from rocks. Gold flotation is a low-cost process that can concentrate gold to sulfide minerals to a maximum extent.

Gold ore is a mineral aggregate with a high gold content, suitable for industrial applications. A gold mine is a place where gold is obtained through mining operations. Based on the structural state and gold content of the ore, a gold deposit is an industrial deposit formed by mineralization. Gold minerals in gold deposits can be divided into three categories: gold-bearing minerals, gold-bearing minerals, and gold-bearing minerals. So-called independent gold minerals refer to both gold-bearing minerals and gold-bearing minerals containing gold.

Gold Outflow Process

1. Crushing System

Rock gold is fed into a coarse jaw crusher by a trough feeder. It is then fed into a fine jaw crusher for secondary crushing.

2. Grinding System

After crushing, the gold ore is sent to a ball mill for grinding. The ball mill output material (<1mm) is sent to a spiral classifier for classification. The 200-mesh slurry can be sent to the next flotation system, while larger pieces are returned to the ball mill.

3. Buoyancy System

The 200-mesh slurry is first pumped into a mixing tank to ensure complete mixing. It then enters the flotation machine, where different chemicals are added to separate different minerals. The flotation process includes primary, secondary, and final selection to maximize the mineral grade after the process. Multiple flotation stages are required if a higher grade is needed. Mineral concentrate is collected after the flotation system.

4. Ore Refining and Filtration System

After the ore in the mineral concentration flotation system is concentrated with a thickener to increase its density, it is then fed into a disc vacuum filter to remove water, obtaining more dry, concentrated minerals. The minerals can then be dried completely in sunlight or using a dryer to further concentrate the ore.
