The equipment uses a motor-driven reducer to slowly rotate the impeller. The sand and gravel materials are tumbled and ground together by the impeller in the washing tank, while water washes away impurities such as mud and stone powder. The clean sand and gravel are scooped up by the blades and discharged from the discharge chute, achieving the triple functions of washing, dewatering, and grading. Its fully enclosed oil-bath transmission device and bearing isolation design effectively prevent water and sand intrusion, significantly extending service life and reducing maintenance costs far below traditional models.
Working Principle
When the sand washing machine is working, the impeller rotates slowly under the drive of a geared motor. Sand and gravel flow into the washing tank from the feed chute, rubbing against each other and slowly tumbling with the impeller, washing away impurities attached to the sand.
Simultaneously, the washing water carries away some waste and impurities from the washing tank. The washed sand and gravel are lifted by the impeller. As the sand and gravel slowly rise, the water begins to flow through the filter screen and fall back into the washing tank, thus making full use of the water.
Finally, the clean sand and gravel are discharged from the washing tank, and the sand washing process ends.
