The GZG series vibrating feeder is a continuous conveying equipment that uses a vibrating motor as the excitation source. It is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemicals, power, and grain. It is mainly used to uniformly, continuously, or quantitatively convey block, granular and powdery materials from storage bins or funnels to receiving devices. It is an important piece of equipment for realizing automatic batching, quantitative packaging, and process automation.
Working Principle

The GZG series vibrating feeder uses a specially designed vibrating motor or two motors to drive the exciter, causing the feeding trough to vibrate periodically in a linear reciprocating motion along an inclined direction. When the vertical component of the vibration acceleration is greater than the acceleration due to gravity, the material in the trough is thrown up and jumps forward along a parabolic trajectory. Due to the continuous action of the excitation source, the material is continuously and uniformly conveyed forward on the trough surface.
Product Structure

The GZG series vibrating feeder mainly consists of the following core components:
- Vibrating frame: The load-bearing structure, typically welded from high-strength steel;
- Vibrating motor: Serves as the excitation source, providing stable vibration power. Some models support rear-mounted installation to save space.
- Spring system: Includes rubber or metal springs, used to dampen vibration and maintain smooth operation.
- Support base: Fixes the equipment position and buffers the impact of vibration on the foundation.
- Wear-resistant liner/hopper: In direct contact with materials. Some models are equipped with replaceable liners to extend service life.
- Enclosed housing (optional): Prevents dust leakage, suitable for scenarios with high environmental protection requirements.
Product Advantages
-
Simple structure, easy maintenance
The compact design with few parts results in a low failure rate. Routine maintenance only requires dust removal; a thorough cleaning every 5-6 months is recommended. -
Lightweight and low energy consumption
Compared to traditional feeding equipment, the overall weight is reduced by more than 50%, and power consumption is as low as 0.25-9.56kW, resulting in significant energy savings. -
High feeding accuracy and flexible adjustment
Stepless speed adjustment can be achieved through frequency conversion speed regulation or adjustment of the eccentric block. Remote monitoring and automatic adjustment can be realized with a PLC control system. -
Stable operation and low noise
Utilizing self-synchronizing inertial vibration technology, it starts quickly and stops smoothly, with operating noise ≤80dB(A), improving the working environment. -
Strong adaptability and wide application
It has good adaptability to various materials (such as ores, coal, sand, gravel, chemical raw materials, etc.), and is especially suitable for the continuous conveying of medium-sized materials. -
Dustproof and environmentally friendly (closed type)
The GZGF series features a closed trough design, suitable for feeding scenarios with large amounts of dust or volatile materials, effectively reducing environmental pollution.
