Working Principle
The mobile cone crusher uses an eccentric sleeve to drive the rotating moving cone, causing the material to be repeatedly squeezed, ground, and bent between the moving and fixed cones, achieving layered crushing. After the material is crushed to the set particle size, it is discharged from the bottom outlet. Material that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing (closed-loop system). The discharge port (CSS) can be automatically adjusted via a hydraulic system and has overload protection to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.
