Mobile impact crushers are mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, chemicals, building materials, and hydropower, where material relocation is frequently required. They are particularly suitable for moving stone materials in highway, railway, and hydropower projects. Users can choose the appropriate configuration based on the type of raw material to be processed. Various configurations are available to meet different scales and finished product requirements.
Working Principle
The material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber by a feeder. Driven by a high-speed rotating rotor, the material is subjected to high-speed impact from the hammers and thrown against the impact plate for secondary crushing. The crushed material is repeatedly impacted and sheared within the crushing chamber until it reaches the required particle size and is discharged from the bottom. The entire system can be hydraulically adjusted to precisely control the particle shape and size of the finished product.
Product Structure

Feeding System: Vibrating feeder with pre-screening function to remove fine materials and improve crushing efficiency.
Main Crusher (Impact Crusher): Heavy-duty rotor + high wear-resistant hammers + adjustable impact plate.
Power and Hydraulic System: Diesel engine, diesel-electric hybrid powertrain, or pure electric drive, selected according to working conditions.
Screening System (Optional): Double or triple screens to produce high-quality aggregate in one pass.
Conveying System: The main discharge belt, return belt, and side discharge belts can be flexibly configured.
Intelligent Control Center: PLC touch screen, load adaptive control system, safety interlock design.
Mobile Chassis: Tracked (high mobility) or wheeled (easy to transport).
Product Advantages
- Stable Equipment, Higher Efficiency
The unique three-chamber vortex structure can handle larger feed particle sizes, increasing capacity and improving product particle shape. The rational configuration and smooth process flow result in high production efficiency and good product particle shape. The chamber liners and toothed impact plates adopt a standard modular design, ensuring strong interchangeability, higher utilization rate, and longer service life. - Hydraulic Control, Flexible Application
Hydraulic drive control of track movement, equipment installation, and production operation achieves smoother transmission, stepless speed regulation, greater flexibility, and better controllability. Various configurations are available to meet different customer needs, including fully hydraulic and hydraulic + grid-connected power options, enabling flexible combinations and cost control. The main unit comes standard with a hydraulic opening and closing mechanism or is equipped with a dedicated lifting tool for hammer replacement, offering flexible application and convenient operation. - Equipment Versatility
The sand making production line can be configured with various solutions to meet different customer processing requirements. This equipment can be used as a standalone unit or combined with multiple units to achieve integrated crushing and screening production. Furthermore, it can be used in conjunction with other mobile crushing and screening stations. - Highly Mobile and Easy to Relocate
This equipment offers a variety of power drive options, providing high flexibility and mobility. No support legs or fixed foundations are required during operation. The entire system is powerful, flexible, and compact, with low site requirements, and can operate in any location. Its compact design, small turning radius, and convenient and quick access to the site make relocation easier.
