Working Principle
The main crusher of a mobile crushing plant can be a jaw crusher, impact crusher, or cone crusher. Material is evenly fed to the crusher by a feeder. After initial crushing by the crusher, the material is circulated and crushed through a circular vibrating screen, forming a closed-loop system. Material meeting the particle size requirements is output by a belt conveyor, achieving the production objective.
The mobile crushing plant can also have its circular vibrating screen disassembled according to actual production needs for direct initial crushing of materials, and then used in conjunction with other crushing equipment for specific operations, offering convenient and flexible operation.

1. Feeding: Large bulk materials are loaded into the vibrating feeder.
2. Primary Crushing: A mobile jaw crusher crushes large materials.
3. Secondary Crushing: The crushed material is sent to an impact crusher or cone crusher for intermediate and fine crushing.
4. Screening: A vibrating screen sorts the material according to particle size. Qualified material is sent to a conveyor, while unqualified material is returned for further crushing, forming a closed-loop system.
5. Discharge: Qualified finished aggregate is discharged from the belt conveyor.
