Working Principle

Stone material falls vertically into the vertical shaft impact crusher from the top, landing on the stone-throwing plate. Under centrifugal force, the material is thrown against the inner wall of the cylinder and collides violently with the reaction plate installed on the inner wall. The violent impact causes the material to break or crack. After entering the conical rotor cavity, the material is further crushed during its descent by impact and compression. The material is further crushed into fine particles, and qualified finished products are discharged from the outlet.
