Working Principle

The vibrating screen mainly consists of an eccentric block vibrator, a screen box, a motor, and a support device. Its vibration track is circular, and it performs circular motion. It is a multi-layer, high-efficiency vibrating screen.
The motor drives a V-belt to rotate the eccentric block at high speed, generating a large centrifugal force, which causes the vibrator to produce a circular motion amplitude. Under the action of the vibrator, the stone aggregate on the screen surface is continuously thrown, and during contact with the screen surface, the final product is graded.
Product Structure

A vibrating screen consists of a screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, transmission device, vibratory exciter, support device, and vibration isolation device.
Screen Mesh: The screen mesh is fixed to the screen frame with bolts and rubber strips. Since it is mainly used for screening large particles, the screen surface needs to have high load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
Screen Frame: The screen frame consists of side plates and crossbeams. The side plates can be made of steel plates or other materials. The crossbeams are usually made of steel pipes, channel steel, or I-beams.
Vibratory Exciter: The vibrating screen uses a single-axis vibratory exciter.
Support Device: Elastic elements used to support the screen box, including suspended and seated types.
Vibration Isolation Device: Prevents vibration from being transmitted to the ground. Commonly used vibration isolation devices include helical springs, leaf springs, and rubber springs.
Transmission Device: Vibrating screens typically use a V-belt drive. It has a simple structure and stable operation.
