Working Principle

The VSI sand making machine employs two working principles: "stone-to-stone" and "stone-to-iron." "Stone-to-stone" is suitable for highly corrosive materials with medium to high hardness and is also suitable for material shaping. "Stone-to-iron" is suitable for medium-hardness, less corrosive stones, and can be used for crushing, processing, and sand making with a large output. This working principle makes the VSI sand-making machine more efficient and adaptable.
When the VSI sand making machine is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. The material falls vertically from the feed inlet at the top of the VSI sand making machine into the high-speed rotating impeller. The high-speed rotor throws the material against the impact plates in the crushing chamber. The material not only collides violently with the impact plates but also collides and crushes with itself. Then, the material rebounds from the baffle back to the hammers for further crushing. This process is repeated until the stone reaches the standard size and is discharged from the outlet.
