This crusher features a forming function that produces cubic products with high bulk density. During production, the stone forms a protective layer, making the machine body wear-resistant and durable. Due to the crusher's influence on uncrushed materials, the material's moisture content is low, typically less than 8%. The product particles are well-shaped, cubic, and have extremely low needle-like particle content. It is suitable for aggregate forming, artificial sand manufacturing, and the production of high-grade highway aggregates.
Working Principle

Driven by an electric motor, the rotor inside the impact crusher rotates at high speed. After entering the hammer-crushing zone, the material is crushed by the hammers' impact, then thrown against the liners for further crushing. The material then rebounds from the liners into the hammer-crushing zone for further crushing, repeating the process.
The material is repeatedly crushed from large to small within the impact chamber until the desired particle size is achieved, and then discharged from the outlet. The gap between the impact frame and the rotor can be adjusted, thereby altering the material's particle size and shape.
Product Structure

An impact crusher consists of a rotor, impact rods, and wear-resistant plates. The rotor is the main component of the crusher; it rotates at high speed to generate the necessary impact force. The impact rods, connected to the rotor, crush the material. Similarly, the wear-resistant plates connected to the rotor protect it from impact-induced wear.
