Based on the traditional multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher's fixed main shaft, eccentric sleeve rotating around the main shaft structure, and layered crushing principle, Bebon Group has made groundbreaking optimizations to the structure of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, significantly improving the equipment's performance and crushing capacity; and the matching hydraulic lubrication system ensures that the equipment operates more intelligently and reliably.
Working Principle

The structure of a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is relatively complex. During operation, the motor drives the transmission shaft via a pulley or coupling, and under the action of the eccentric sleeve, the moving cone performs a periodic rotating and oscillating motion. The raw material is subjected to compression and impact within the crushing chamber, ultimately resulting in its crushing.
Product Structure

The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has a relatively complex structure, consisting of 11 components: fixed cone, moving cone, fixed central shaft, spherical bearing, adjusting ring, eccentric wheel, fan gear and pinion, horizontal shaft, peripheral hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic station, and lubrication station.
Product Advantages
1. High crushing efficiency. Utilizing an optimized structure with a fixed main shaft and small ball shaft, its efficiency is 5%-15% higher than that of a spring cone crusher.
2. Superior production capacity. The perfect combination of crushing stroke, crushing speed, and crushing chamber results in an output 35%-60% higher than ordinary cone crushers.
3. Perfectly proportioned finished particles. Employing a unique multi-layer crushing principle, the proportion of cubic particles in the finished product is significantly increased, while flaky particles are reduced, resulting in a more reasonable particle size distribution.
4. Advanced lubrication mechanism. A multi-point hydraulic lubrication control system ensures dual protection for the equipment's bearings and overload protection.
