The Symons cone crusher adopts an advanced PLC electrical system, which can continuously monitor the crusher and provide alarms, display operating parameters, and allow operators to understand the crusher's operating status in real time, thereby simplifying production line operation, reducing operational risks, and improving the safety performance of the crushing production line.
Working Principle

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via a spring coupling, drive shaft, and a pair of bevel gears. The eccentric bearing bushing forces the crushing cone axis to oscillate, causing the cone to sometimes approach the liner and sometimes move away from it. The raw material is compressed and impacted within the crushing chamber, ultimately being crushed.
Product Structure

The structure of a cone crusher mainly consists of a frame, horizontal shaft, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall (fixed cone), lower crushing wall (moving cone), hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, and hydraulic system.
Product Advantages
1. High crushing ratio, high efficiency, large capacity, low operating cost, convenient adjustment, and economical operation.
2. Our Simmons cone crushers have been exported to many countries, including Chile, Oman, the Philippines, and Tanzania.
3. Utilizing high-quality raw materials and a rational structural design, they offer more durable performance and a more uniform particle size.
4. Medium and large-sized Simmons cone crushers employ a hydraulic cleaning chamber, reducing downtime.
