The spring release system, also known as an overload protection system, allows excessively large stones to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the crusher. It employs a dry oil-water seal to effectively isolate gypsum powder and lubricating oil, ensuring clean lubricating oil. The type of crushing chamber depends on the feed size and the finished product size. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing, the medium type for medium to fine crushing, and the short type for fine crushing.
Working Principle

Material is drawn into the crushing chamber between a fixed concave bowl and a movable crushing head (or crushing arm). As the crushing arm rotates around the concave bowl, it reduces the particle size of the material through compression. The crushed material is then discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the crusher. If uncrushable material enters the crushing chamber, a spring system can temporarily displace the crushing arm to prevent damage to the crusher. The particle size of the crushed material can be adjusted by changing the distance between the crushing arm and the concave bowl.
