Working Principle
During the operation of the main unit, the grinding roller assembly not only rotates around its central axis but also revolves around the grinding ring. The grinding roller itself rotates through friction, which not only thoroughly pulverizes the material but also ensures uniform wear around the roller, thus extending its service life. A baffle blade installed below the grinding roller hanger rotates synchronously with the grinding roller. During this process, the baffle blade throws the material up and feeds it into the grinding ring of the grinding roller, forming a cushion layer. This cushion layer is pulverized under the outward centrifugal force generated by the grinding roller (i.e., the compressive force between the grinding roller and the grinding ring).
