Raymond mills are commonly used grinding equipment, primarily for producing high-fineness non-flammable and non-explosive minerals, chemical raw materials, and building materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 7 and a moisture content of less than 6%. The final product particle size can be adjusted between 40 and 400 mesh. Applicable minerals include barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, limestone, talc, dolomite, and gypsum.
Working Principle

Bulk materials are crushed to the required particle size by a jaw crusher, then conveyed to a storage hopper by an elevator, and continuously and quantitatively fed into the main grinding chamber by a vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder is carried away by airflow from a blower and classified by an analyzer. The finer powder is carried by the airflow through a pipeline into a large cyclone separator for separation and collection, and the final finished powder is discharged from a valve. The airflow is drawn into the blower through the return air duct at the top of the large cyclone separator. The entire airflow system of this machine is a closed-loop circulation system, circulating under positive and negative pressure conditions.
Product Structure

The main components of a Raymond mill include a cyclone separator, pipe fittings, a dust collector, a storage hopper, an elevator, a crusher, an electrical control cabinet, a feeder, a main unit, a blower, and a separator.
Product Advantages
Raymond mills offer several advantages, including: flexible couplings effectively reduce vibration and noise, thus extending service life; a simple and compact system design saves outdoor installation space and significantly reduces investment costs; high-performance sealing technology, an environmentally friendly air circulation system, and advanced dust removal devices meet environmental standards and achieve energy-saving operation. Furthermore, a convenient impeller adjustment device improves finished product precision, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
✔ High-efficiency grinding and particle size adjustment: A high-pressure spring system enhances grinding roller pressure (800-1200kg), and a closed-loop air selection system allows for particle size adjustment from 80-425 mesh, with some models reaching over 1000 mesh.
✔ Stable operation and low noise: The machine adopts a three-point positioning structure, effectively reducing vibration and achieving noise levels as low as 60 decibels, ensuring high operational stability.
✔ Strong adaptability: Suitable for non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a moisture content below 6% and a Mohs hardness not exceeding 9.3, it can directly process raw materials smaller than 20 mm.
