The quality management manager conducts weekly inspections, proactively identifying and resolving potential problems at each inspection point, ensuring strict compliance with laws, regulations, and standards at every stage, and promoting effective self-monitoring. Production Self-Inspection

From raw material procurement to product completion, Shanghai Bebon integrates quality control into every stage of the production process, strictly implementing self-inspection and mutual inspection procedures. After production is completed, the equipment undergoes comprehensive testing in cooperation with the quality management department.

Raw Material Procurement and Cutting

Shanghai Bebon rigorously screens all incoming raw materials and imposes strict requirements on flanges, cylindrical parts, and other materials in accordance with relevant standards and regulations. Incoming Quality Control (IQC) is conducted through full inspection or random sampling to prevent unqualified materials from entering the production process.

Mechanical Processing

Machining must be strictly performed according to drawings and process requirements, ensuring that dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerances, and surface finish meet requirements. Self-inspection and sample submission for inspection are mandatory before and after machining to avoid defective parts in mass production. Operators must confirm the accuracy of measuring tools with quality inspectors before starting work to prevent errors caused by inaccurate tools.

During assembly, material alignment must conform to drawing specifications to avoid arc impact or deformation of raw materials. Weld length must not exceed specifications, and surfaces must be free of rust, weld slag, and other impurities. Castings require deburring, trimming, and cleaning; critical components (such as bearings) require special treatment to ensure a good appearance, and any defects must be removed through welding and grinding.

Welding Inspection

Welding equipment components are inspected for porosity, surface slag inclusions, excessive spatter, and cracks. Welding dimensions must conform to drawing specifications, and finished welds must be free from incomplete penetration, pitting, cracks, unwelded areas, and lack of fusion.

Shot Peening Inspection

Equipment components are inspected according to GB8923-88 standard to ensure the steel surface is clean, free of visible grease, dirt, scale, rust, and paint coating, and has a uniform metallic luster.

Paint Inspection

During the painting process, the spray gun must be moved steadily to ensure a smooth and clean paint surface, avoiding bubbles, cracks, peeling, sagging, and wrinkling.

Self-Inspection of Goods

Before shipment, Shanghai Bebon Company conducts a thorough self-inspection of the goods according to the following standards, including weight, specifications, performance, and quantity:

  • The equipment packaging is intact.
  • The packaging equipment model is consistent with the technical agreement.
  • All parts, components, spare parts, and tools are counted according to the packing list.
  • The completeness and accuracy of nameplates, accessories, certificates of conformity, manuals, and other drawings.
  • Inspect the equipment surface for serious impacts or paint peeling that could affect performance.
  • After passing the inspection, Shanghai Bebon will issue a compliant self-inspection report to enhance customer confidence and facilitate customer acceptance.

Installation and Commissioning

During installation, Shanghai Bebon signs a project quality target pre-control document with the project owner, who then signs quality control agreements with each installation team. The company implements a reward and punishment system internally, using economic incentives to ensure project quality. During installation and commissioning, staff strictly adhere to the drawings, using specified materials and meticulously preparing installation technical standards, inspection forms, and construction plans for each piece of equipment. After installation, the installation team conducts a self-inspection, followed by a re-inspection by quality control personnel, and finally, final acceptance by the owner, ensuring all records and signatures are fully preserved.
