The technical route for a lithium ore beneficiation project with a daily processing capacity of 1,500 tons is clear. Process Flow and Technical Parameters

1. Crushing and Screening: Jaw crusher + cone crusher + vibrating screen crushes the raw ore to ≤15mm, improving grinding efficiency.

2. Grinding and Classification: Wet energy-saving grate ball mill + hydrocyclone, forming a closed-loop system, controlling the particle size to -200 mesh (over 85%).

3. Magnetic Separation: One-stage wet drum magnetic separator + two-stage high-gradient magnetic separator (1.3T), removing impurities such as iron and titanium, reducing flotation interference.

4. Lithium Extraction by Flotation: Aerated and stirred flotation machine (two roughing, three cleaning, three scavenging processes), using sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, naphthenic acid soap + oxidized paraffin soap (1:2) collector to improve the hydrophobicity of lithium minerals.

5. Concentrate Dewatering: Dewatering screen + thickener + diaphragm filter press, classifying and dewatering, filter cake moisture content ≤20%, facilitating transportation.

6. Tailings treatment: Dry discharge system or water recycling to achieve a water recycling rate of over 90%, meeting the requirements of green mines.

Note: If lithium in the ore exists in the form of lepidolite, a roasting-leaching process can be considered for chemical lithium extraction.
