3. Grinding and Classification
Ball mill + hydrocyclone

4. Magnetic separation operation
Permanent Magnet Drum Separator (CTB Series)
Weak magnetic field separation of magnetic iron minerals can achieve a recovery rate of over 90%.
5. Concentration and Dehydration
High-efficiency thickener + filter press
To achieve a concentrated dehydration rate of <15%, facilitating transportation and sales.
6. Tailings treatment
Tailings dry discharge system or water recycling
It meets environmental protection requirements, with a water recycling rate exceeding 90%.
